This policy explains how Cheap Beach Holiday collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you browse our site or submit a booking inquiry. We keep things minimal: we only ask for data we actually need to help you plan your stay.

1. What Data We Collect

We collect data in two ways:

  • Contact form submissions - name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you write. This is needed to answer your booking questions.
  • Browsing data - basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance. We do not use this to identify individuals.

2. Cookies & Analytics

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your language preference (English or Bulgarian). We do not use third-party tracking cookies, ad pixels, or fingerprinting.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other analytics service. If we add one in the future, we will update this policy and give you an opt-out option.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use inquiry details only to:

  • Answer your booking questions and provide stay information
  • Confirm availability, pricing, and booking terms
  • Send booking-related follow-up (only if you requested it)

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed for communication and booking follow-up - typically up to 24 months after your last interaction. After that, they are permanently deleted. Server logs are automatically purged after 90 days.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Withdraw consent at any time

6. Third-Party Services

Our site is hosted on standard cloud infrastructure. We do not embed social media widgets, advertising scripts, or external booking platforms that could track you across the web. The only external content we load are map images and resort photos hosted by Midia Grand Resort.

7. Security

All data transmitted through our site is protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to inquiry data is limited to the direct booking management team. We do not store payment card details - all payments are handled directly between you and the owner via bank transfer or agreed method.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we will notify you by email if you have an active inquiry.
