Is Sunny Beach still a party place?

Yes. Sunny Beach remains one of Europe's most active party destinations, though the centre of gravity shifted slightly away from mega clubs toward open air beach bars after 2022. The Flower Street strip, Cacao Beach, Bedroom Premium, and the main beach promenade still run loud from 11pm to 5am every night in July and August. Drinks stay cheap at 2 to 4 GBP for a beer and 4 to 7 GBP for a cocktail. Stag groups, hen parties, and 18 to 25 crowds dominate the south end. Families and couples who want a normal night's sleep should book in the north end or in Aheloy, Ravda, or Nessebar and day trip in.
